Bilaver is not only the man no 1 in North America’s HDZ, but he’s also the person of Sanader’s confidence. At least, he vaunts of their friendship. However, over the past few years, he’s quite despised by our Diaspora because of his self-love and an unconditional apology for Sanader’s politics. It’s known that he physically threatened those Croatians who attempted to organize the rallies against the capture of General Gotovina several years ago.
Who is Frank Bilaver?
His real name is Frane Bilaver. He was born in Skabrnja. He attended the seminary in Zadar, but he didn’t complete it. The Archbishop of Zadar, Mgr Prendja chased him away when he discovered that he [Bilaver] lied against certain priests. He leaves Skabrnja, Zadar and Croatia uneducated, and goes to Canada. He didn’t participate for a single day in defense of Skabrnja and Croatia, so in his natal village he’s seen as – a deserter.
At the beginning, the expatriates were collecting the financial aid for his living, while, today, no one knows what he’s doing. According to the unofficial rumor, he lavishly cashed his good connections with Sanader; among other things, he owns shares in Croatian well-to-do companies, he’s constructing his house in Skabrnja by employing illegal foreign workers. They were arrested by Zadar’s police, and then liberated and returned to the construction site following Bilaver’s intervention. Actually, Bilaver – thanks to his close relations with Sanader – acts as the personnel manager within some state services in the area of Zadar.

HDZ is not Croatian religion, Sanader is not Croatian God Ivana Arapovic 5 Dec 2007 HDZ’s and Sanader’s post-electoral trouble to get the power have become “the moments of agony” for the “Croatian society” according to the comment by Ivan Miklenic in Glas Koncila (Voice of Council, No 49, on 6 Dec, with publishing date of 9 Dec 2007).
However, the opposition of Croatian society to Sanader’s betrayals of Croatia’s best Homeland war soldiers, and of the military operation Storm in particular, since he came to power in 2002-2003, also with the Church activists’ support in Croatia and abroad, has never been a subject of agony for HDZ and Sanader.
Miklenic, in his campaign for recognizing Sanader’s electoral victory, who still doesn’t have the mandate to form the government, mentions “more than 15,000 dead in greater Serbia’s aggression war on Croatia, tens of thousands wounded and permanently traumatized, the war devastations from which suffered Croatia’s heritage and economy, as well as independence of Croatia and its liberation from communist totalitarianism,” but he fails to mention that Sanader and HDZ betrayed all that, especially the military commanders who stopped those tragedies and liberated Croatia.
Hence, Sanader’s got yet another bianco cheque for power, in spite of all his betrayals. Same as Sanader asked the recognition of his victory before he got the majority of the seats for forming the government, in the name of democratic principles (Jutarnji List, 26 Nov 2007), now, Miklenic, in nearly identical wording, is campaigning for “democratic order” so that Sanader be “congratulated” for his electoral victory.
First, let’s congratulate to Sanader for his treason of more than 150,000 demonstrators at Split’s rally, with whom he protested against persecution of General Norac in 2001, only to get to power, and then publicly distance from him. He’s being tried even today. Then, let’s congratulate him for betrayal of general Gotovina. While Croatia is being accused as the state founded on crimes, for its defense, Miklenic sees a “non-civilized attitude” only in a prolongation of the process of Sanader’s placement in position of power.
It’s time to reveal that certain Church activists have chosen the “lesser evil” – HDZ with Sanader at its head – even before elections, and not for the first time.
To be sure, I have nothing against Catholic Church’s influence in political life of Croatia. Generally compared to other religions’ direct involvement in politics, Catholic Church’s role is quite small. It falls in moral sphere.
And this is precisely where some Croatian Church activists failed. Actually, Glas Koncila invited general Gotovina to surrender to The Hague, and thus sacrifice himself for Croatia, once more. Croatia received the financial aid from Europe and the world for that treason. However, it’s in such a debt that it will be a burden for future generations, which wasn’t the case even in the war time.
Hence, where are justice and common good in all that? Similar Church activists will say today, even in Diaspora, that general Gotovina won’t be liberated even if entire Croatia upraises for him now. Does it mean, why bother!? Let it go!? Thus, Sanader’s and Bishop’s warranty for general Gotovina so that he awaits trial in home custody recalls Pilate washing his hands.
Only Sanader is granted forgiveness, only his power is subject of agony for Croatian society.
It’s true that in the current state of affairs in Croatia, some other option might be even worse. President Mesic is assembling the future Croatian government, while HDZ prevailed due to the votes from Diaspora. But Mesic, too, is the “product” of HDZ. Besides, Sanader regularly praises his good relations with Mesic.
The Church officials used to state proudly that no Croatian organization would succeed in Diaspora without Church's support, and no one had objection to it. Croatia is a Catholic country, and the support, at least moral one, from Croatian Catholic missions is both necessary and desirable.
But, today, when we can only choose between treasonous HDZ and the left, which is all – just the left and the treason of Croatia, the question of responsibility for such situation is in order.
All those who opposed HDZ and its treasons were systematically sabotaged and isolated from Croatian social life either in Croatia or in the world, as per HDZ's order. Even the voices of the opposition among the right that still can be heard in Croatia's public life interact with open supporters for HDZ. Whether the Church officials have intermediated in these matters of fact, too, is the question for purgatory of all those who ask it to themselves.
Finally, if the «lesser evil» is acceptable for ordinary people who are clearly advised that they could do nothing about it, how this is possible for those who present a symbol of good, of knowledge and wisdom, and our moral leaders?
Expecting some good from HDZ has become hopeless.
Let Miklenic et al. educate better politicians than Sanader and HDZ, and then offer them to Croatians in the name of the “common good,” for which the Church already had 15 years since Croatia's independence. We can pray for that, as well as for them, but no more for their favorite politicians of today.
Sanader confused all Croatian values. Everyone who dealt with him got compromised, in various ways. Whoever sent the warning about his treasons ended up in HDZ’s purgatory. Apart from those who keep silence, who omit to say the truth, and support all his treasons – they have nothing to complain about. Everything can be bought and sold nowadays.
In other words, Sanader and HDZ missed the opportunity to condemn communism, they betrayed all Croatian patriots, and the Homeland, which is on the trial bench in The Hague. Or, in HDZ’s vocabulary, so often used against their opponents, Sanader’s is a “fired cartridge.” Why some Church activists still count on him, only God knows.
It's time for the real truth. HDZ is not Croatian religion. Sanader is not our God, for disobedience to whom, we were paying dearly, nevertheless. We don't have to bow before the golden calves and HDZ. HDZ and SDP are the same, but HDZ “produced” Mesic and that's Croatian agony.

HDZ-ove i Sanaderove postizborne brige za osvajanje vlasti postale su «časovi zabrinutosti» za «hrvatsko društvo», sudeći po komentaru Ivana Miklenića iz Glasa Koncila od 6. prosinca (Br. 49, s datumom izlaska na 9.12.2007).
A protivljenje tog istog hrvatskog društva svim Sanaderovim izdajama najboljih hrvatskih vojnika iz Domovinskog rata, a napose vojne operacije Oluje, nakon što je 2002.-2003. osvojio vlast, također uz potporu crkvenih aktivista u Hrvatskoj i iseljeništvu, nikad nisu brinuli HDZ ni Sanadera.
Miklenić u svojoj kampanji za priznanje izborne pobjede Sanadera, koji još nema mandat formirati vladu, navodi “više od petnaest tisuća poginulih u velikosrpskoj agresiji na Hrvatsku, desetke tisuća ranjenih i trajno traumatiziranih i ratna razaranja koja je pretrpjela hrvatska baština i gospodarstvo kao i osamostaljenje i oslobađanje Hrvatske od komunističkog totalitarizma,” a prešućuje da su Sanader i HDZ sve to izdali, napose zapovjednike vojnih operacija koji su zaustavili sve te tragedije i oslobodili Hrvatsku.
Sanader je dakle dobio bianco mjenicu za vlast i ovaj puta, unatoč svim izdajama. Kako je Sanader tražio priznanje od oporbe, prije nego što je okupio većinu potrebnu za formiranje vlade, da je pobjednik, u ime demokracijskih načela (JL, 26.11.), tako se sada Miklenić zalaže, skoro istim riječima, za «demokratski poredak» i da se Sanaderu «čestita» na pobjedi.
Prvo čestitajmo Sanaderu na izdaji svih onih preko 150.000 prosvjednika na Splitskoj rivi, s kojim je prosvjedovao protiv progona generala Norca 2001, tek da bi došao na vlast, i onda ga se javno odrekao. Sudi mu se i danas. Potom mu čestitajmo na izdaji generala Gotovine. Dok se Hrvatska optužuje kao država nastala na zločinu, zbog svoje obrane, za Miklenčića je «anticivilizacijsko ponašanje» tek odugovlačenje procedure oko Sanaderova ponovna zasjedanja u fotelju.
Vrijeme je reći da su neki crkveni aktivisti i prije izbora izabrali «manje zlo», HDZ sa Sanaderom na čelu, i to ne prvi puta.
Da ne bude zabuna, ništa nemam protiv uloge Katoličke Crkve u političkom životu Hrvatske. Općenito u usporedbi s izravnom ulogom drugih religija u političkom životu, uloga Katoličke crkve je nedostatna u Hrvatskoj. Pada u moralnu sferu.
I upravo tu padaju neki crkveni aktivisti. Upavo je Glas Koncila pozivao na predaju haaškom sudištu generala Gotovinu, da se tako još jedanput žrtvuje za Hrvatsku. Hrvatska je dobila novac od Europe i svijeta za tu izdaju. A opet je u dugu koji će teretiti i buduće generacije, u kakvu Hrvatska nije bila ni u ratno vrijeme.
Dakle, gdje je u svemu tome pravda i opće dobro. Slični crkveni dužnosnici će danas reći, čak u Dijaspori, da se cijela Hrvatska digne na noge, generala Gotovinu Haag neće pustiti na slobodu. Znači, čemu se zalagati!? Dakle, neko Sanaderovo i biskupsko jamstvo za generala Gotovinu da bi se branio sa slobode izgleda tek kao pilatsko pranje ruku.
Sanaderu se jedino prašta, samo je njegova vlast povod zabrinutosti za hrvatsko društvo.
Istina je da bi neka druga opcija u Hrvatskoj danas mogla biti i gora. Predsjednik Mesić sastavlja buduću hrvatsku vladu, a HDZ je prevagnuo zahvaljujući glasovima iz iseljeništva. Ali i Mesića je «stvorio HDZ». Osim toga, Sanader se redovito hvali dobrim odnosima s Mesićem.
Crkveni dužnosnici su s ponosom znali reći da nijedna hrvatska organizacija u iseljeništvu ne može uspjeti bez potpore Crkve, i tome se nitko nije protivio. Hrvatska je katolička zemlja i podrška, barem moralna, od hrvatskih katoličkih misija je kako potrebna tako i poželjna.
Ali danas, kad se može birati samo između izdajničkog HDZ-a i lijevih, što je sve – samo lijevo, i izdaja Hrvatske, nameće se pitanje odgovornosti za takvu situaciju.
Svi koji su se usprotivili HDZ-u i svim njegovim izdajama, po nalogu su HDZ-a sustavno sabotirani i izolirani iz hrvatskog društvenog života bilo u Hrvatskoj ili svijetu. Čak se i glasovi oporbe s desnice što se održala u javnom životu Hrvatske preklapaju s aktivistima za HDZ. Jesu li i u ovim činjeničnim stvarima crkveni dužnosnici posredovali, pitanje je za purgatorij svakomu tko ga sebi postavi.
Na kraju, ako je «manje zlo» prihvatljivo za obične ljude kojima je dano na znanje da tu ne mogu ništa učiniti, kako je to moguće kod onih koji su simbol dobra, znanja i mudrosti, i naše moralne vođe.
Očekivati neko dobro od HDZ-a, postalo je sumorno beznađe.
Neka Miklenić et al. bolje odgoje nekog političara od Sanadera i HDZ-a, pa nam ga ponude u ime «općeg dobra», za što je Crkva imala već 15 godina otkako je Hrvatska samostalna. Za to se možemo moliti, kao i za njih, ali ne više i za njihove današnje omiljene političare.
Sanader je unio zabune u sve hrvatske vrijednosti i svatko tko je s njim imao posla, iskompromitirao se, na ovaj ili onaj način, a ako je upozorio na njegove izdaje, završio je u HDZ-ovu purgatoriju. Izuzev za one što šute, propuste reći istinu, i podržavaju sve njegove izdaje – oni se nemaju na što žaliti. Sve se danas može kupiti ili prodati.
Drugim riječima, Sanader i HDZ su prokockali priliku osuditi komunizam, izdali su sve hrvatske patriote, i domovinu, Haag joj sudi. Ili u HDZ-ovu rječniku, tako često upućenom njegovim protivnicima, Sanader je «ispaljena patrona». Zašto neki crkveni dužnosnici još računaju na njega, samo Bog zna.
Vrijeme je za pravu istinu. HDZ nije hrvatska vjera. Sanader nije naš Bog, kojem je, svejedno, trebalo skupo plaćati neposlušnost. Ne moramo se klanjati zlatnom teletu, niti HDZ-u. Isti su, i HDZ i SDP, ali Mesića je HDZ «stvorio» i to je ta hrvatska agonija.

THE CONSPIRACY AGAINST CROATIA, EUROPE?

There’s less and less concrete news about post-electoral Croatia and its leftist coalitions in the making by either SDP or HDZ. Croatian politicians seem to have entered a conspiracy stage, in silence.
Croatian public has nothing to do with them any longer. The farce of voting is over.
British, Brussels’ and other world figures are now weighing more than Croatians in forming new coalitions and the government. The key Tel Aviv’s Rabin is also rushing to Zagreb. World politicians are impatient, too. In foreign media, Croatians are painted again as radicals, Nazis, Ustashes (now via Thompson singer).
All the criticism against the government is silenced, except for some local outlets that will sooner or later pay for it. Then, Croatia will pay the price of its betrayals. And then, Europe.
It’s hard to persevere in the struggle with a raison d’ętre while many believe “we have Croatia,” and that’s it. But Croatian affairs have never been just a Croatian matter. Croatia was the rampart of western civilization and many times through the history it saved Europe. It defeated the assaults from Tartars, Ottomans, Chetniks and communists, and many other hostile parties. Croatia has always won when it recognized its enemies.
However, Croatia of today fires its worst weapons against its best soldiers and patriots, pacifies protesting voices, and blocks resistance, with a modest proposal of adhering to the lesser evil for all those who present solid facts about betrayals.
If that’s Croatia, if we have Croatia, Croatians graced with patriotic and religious ideal cannot forever turn their love of Croatia into scandalous discoveries of betrayals within all Croatian state and public institutions. It’s a painful task.
It becomes an idiotism to continue the straggle against one’s own country that has no more objections to what’s happening to it. However, shall we wait until our rampart of Christianity is being plunged deeper and deeper into Western Balkan, or some new version of Yugoslavia?
Whatever Mgr. Strossmayer, Trumbic and certain other conceivers of Yugoslav ideas dreamt about, Yugoslavias were always serving Serbian Chetniks, Russian orthodoxy, or communists, with a tragic cost for entire Croatian people. The same will be the cost of Sanader’s, Milanovic’s and Mesic’s Western Balkan today.
If Croatia wanted to become a leader of the Western Balkan, why would it betray its homeland war heroes who liberated it? How this question can be so systematically ignored? Who has ever obtained some respect on the international scene without skilled soldiers and solid military force? But Sanader and Mesić count on NATO, in which each member-country, first and foremost, counts on itself. Or perhaps, on Russia.
There’s an Afghanistanization of Kosovo and Bosnia happening, while Croatian Catholic patriots are suppressed everywhere, either in the name of some close cooperation with Croatia’s enemy of Serbia, or in the name of ecumenism. Croatian religion, which was always Catholic one since the 7th century, is becoming suppressed again, even in Croatia. The believers are turning increasingly more liberal, or confused, and distant.
There might be a plot behind all this so to tear down the rampart of civilization, then approach and ruin Europe, too.
If we observe the global politics and media, we shall see how much hatred is being spread against both Croatia and Europe (only the traitors are welcomed, in good standing, and praised). The most striking is that the same global lobbies, interlaced among themselves, push Europe into liberalism, while simultaneously spreading hatred against Europe, either for its liberalism or its resistance, where the latter is labeled as “extremist,” “radical” or accused of “radicalization of the people”! Such paradox can only announce Croatia, the rampart of Christianity falling down, dangerously.
It’s not known if Croatia will then fall in Saladin’s way, or modern Afghanistan-Iraq way, followed by Europe. In the first case, "liberation" would take place via islamization, in the latter, via NATO, if not via Russia.
As Croatia’s liberation of 1991-1995 wasn’t good enough, becoming even “criminal,” we can only wonder what kind of “liberators” Croatian leaders are serving to today, given that NATO was serviced by pro-Serb Yugoslav Army's war criminal Kadijevic, and Russia is protecting him. Kadijevic wished to smash Croatia.
There was a conspiracy theory that revealed itself in France published on the blog (How will wars end up forever in Europe):

Poor Europe, and Croatia, with them: While the one (PM Sanader) supports foreign wars that some fear could result in less security in Europe (and in the US too, but Europe proved to be more sensitive to the Islam-Christianity clashes than the US judging from islamic reaction to Danish cartoons and recent Benedict XVI speach), the other (president Mesic) promises no more wars in the United Europe. Will Europe (and perhaps the US too) just surrender once the islamist terrorism gains the ground?
This becomes terrific when we consult the authority on the US politics, Bernard Lewis, and see what he once said for Humanities, July/August 2006, Volume 27/Number 4:
"As far as I'm concerned, what really matters is the clash between Christendom and Islam, which begins with the advent of Islam and is continued to the present day."
But it works in a strange way according to this author:
"The most extraordinary moment was when Monsieur Jean-Pierre Raffarin--then French prime minister--in a speech in the National Assembly on October 8, 2002, was speaking of Saddam Hussein. He said, "One of Saddam Hussein's great heroes is Saladin." And in case his listeners in the French chamber didn't know, he said, "It was Saladin who was able to defeat the Crusaders and liberate Jerusalem.".... Liberate..(Ibid)
Who will liberate Europe in the event of the war. Muslims? And then, what? Mr. Bush, Mr. Sanader, Mr. Tadic, Mr. Mesic make up a strange crowd, but pershaps not so paradoxical in their politics as it may seem on the surface. .....................................................................

Sve je manje i manje konkretnih vijesti iz postizborne Hrvatske u svezi formiranja ljevičarskih koalicija bile one SDP-ove ili HDZ-ove. Hrvatski političari su ušli u urotnički stadij, u tišini.
Hrvatska javnost više ništa nema s tim. Farsa od glasovanja je završena.
Britanske, brusselske i druge svjetske figure sada teže više od Hrvata u formiranju novih koalicija i vlade. Glavni rabin Tel Aviva također žuri u Zagreb. Svjetski političari su također nestrpljivi. U stranim medijima, Hrvati su ponovno označeni kao radikali, nacisti, ustaše (sad preko pjevača Thompsona).
Svaka kritika protiv vlade je utišana, izuzev u pojedinim lokalnim publikacijama koje će prije ili kasnije platiti za to. Potom će Hrvatska platiti cijenu svojih izdaja. A potom, i Europa.
Teško je objektivno izdržati u borbi kad mnogi vjeruju “imamo Hrvatsku,” i to je sve. Ali hrvatski poslovi nikad nisu bili samo hrvatska stvar. Hrvatska je bila štit zapadne civilizacije i više puta u povijesti spasila je Europu. Porazila je nasrtanja Tartara, Otomana, četnika, komunista i drugih neprijatelja. Hrvatska uvijek pobjeđuje kad prepozna svoje neprijatelje.
Međutim, današnja Hrvatska pali svoje najgore oružje protiv svojih najboljih vojnika i domoljuba, pacificira glasove prosvjeda i blokira otpor, sa skromnim prijedlogom da se udruže s manjim zlom svi oni koji iznesu čvrste dokaze o izdaji.
Ako je to Hrvatska, ako imamo Hrvatsku, Hrvati obdareni domoljubnim i vjerskim idealima ne mogu vječito okrećati svoju ljubav za Hrvatsku u skandalozna otkrića izdaje unutar svih hrvatskih državnih i javnih ustanova. Mukotrpna je to zadaća.
Postaje idiotski nastaviti bitku protiv vlastite zemlje koja na sve što joj se događa nema prigovora. Ali, treba li čekati da predziđe kršćanstva potone sve dublje i dublje u Zapadni Balkan, ili neku novu inačicu Jugoslavije.
Štogod da su biskup Strossmayer, Trumbić i neki drugi utemeljitelji jugoslavenske ideje o tome sanjali, Jugoslavija je uvijek služila samo srpskim četnicima, ruskim pravoslavcima ili komunistima. Isto će biti sa Sanaderovim, Milanovićevim i Mesićevim Zapadnim Balkanom danas.
Ako je Hrvatska željela postati predvodnica Zapadnog Balkana, zašto je izdala heroje domovinskog rata koji su je oslobodili? Kako je moguće da se ovo pitanje sustavno ignorira? Kad je netko postigao nešto na međunardnoj sceni bez umješnih vojnika i jake vojne sile? Ali Sanader i Mesić računaju na NATO, gdje svaka članica računa prije svega na samu sebe.
Događa se afganistanizacija Kosova i Bosne, a hrvatski, katolički domoljubi svagdje su pod pritiskom, bilo u ime bliske suradnje s hrvatskim neprijateljem u Srbiji, bilo u ime ekumene. Hrvatska vjera, katolička od stoljeća sedmog, ponovno se guši, čak i u Hrvatskoj. Vjernici su sve liberalniji, ili zbunjeni i distantni.
Možda se radi o uroti da se štit civilizacije sruši, potom neprijatelj približi te unitiši i Europu.
Ako pratimo globalnu politiku i medije, vidjet ćemo koliko se mržnje širi i protiv Hrvatske i Europe (samo su izdajice dobrodošli, na dobru glasu). Nadasve uznemirava što isti globalni lobbyiji, koji su međusobno povezani, guraju Europu u liberalizam, dok istovremeno šire mržnju protiv Europe, bilo zbog njezina liberalizma, ili otpora gdje je potonje označeno kao “ekstremizam,” “radikalizam,” ili je pod optužbom radikalizacije naroda! Takav paradoks može samo najaviti opasan pad Hrvatske, predziđa civilizacije.
Nije poznato hoće li Hrvatska pasti na Saladinov način, ili moderni, afganistansko-irački način, a onda i Europa. U prvom slučaju, oslobođenje bi došlo islamizacijom, u potonjem, preko NATO-a, ako ne Rusije.
